  I've been her twice recently and had similar experiences. First time I ordered two cheeseburgers with fries. The meat was placed on the grill to cook. A few minutes later a group comes in and orders 6 burgers one at a time. My burgers stayed on the grill until all the other burgers were done and then the placed on buns in an assembly line fashion. Needless to say my burgers were overcooked. Also the french fry machine was not working correctly and the fries were under cooked. The second time a very similar experience, but this time I intervened and requested that my burger be taken off the grill before it was overcooked. The fries were still not cooked completely, but I think this time it was because the young girl cooking them took them out of the fryer to soon. One final observation, the burgers are tasty, but they are not giants, more like average size.

  Amazing burgers, especially after skiing. Large fries serves 4+ people. Shakes are amazing. Ask for grilled onions.
